By accessing and using MyTradeLog ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Service.

User Acknowledgment:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal authority to enter into these terms
• You understand trading and cryptocurrency carry significant financial risk
• You may lose your entire investment

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

MyTradeLog provides:

• AI-powered analysis of your trading data and performance patterns
• Trade journaling and performance tracking
• Trading insights and recommendations
• Portfolio analytics and reporting

What We Do NOT Provide:

• Financial advice or investment recommendations
• Guaranteed trading profits or performance
• Market predictions or price forecasts
• Tax or legal advice

3. USER ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Creation

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access

Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use this Service for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
• Hack, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access undisclosed source code
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data
• Share your account login with others
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in any abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior

4. WALLET CONNECTION & DATA ACCESS

Read-Only Access

• We request read-only access to your wallet
• We can view transaction history but cannot move funds
• You maintain full control of your private keys and assets

Your Responsibility

• You acknowledge we access your wallet data to provide analysis
• You grant us permission to store and analyze your trade data
• You understand this data may be used to improve our AI (anonymized)

5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

NO WARRANTY

MyTradeLog is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind:

• We do NOT guarantee accuracy of AI analysis
• We do NOT guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We do NOT guarantee the Service will meet your expectations

NO LIABILITY FOR:

• Trading losses or financial damage resulting from using this Service
• AI errors, hallucinations, or inaccurate analysis
• Data breaches, hacking, or unauthorized access (we will take reasonable security measures)
• Bugs, glitches, or system failures
• Third-party services we integrate (Stripe, Moralis)
• Action or inaction based on AI recommendations

LIABILITY CAP

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

You understand and accept:

• Crypto Trading Risk: Cryptocurrency is highly volatile and carries extreme risk
• Loss of Capital: You may lose your entire investment
• AI Limitations: AI analysis can be incorrect or incomplete
• No Guarantees: No AI tool guarantees profitability

By using this Service, you assume full responsibility for all trading decisions and potential losses.

8. PAYMENT & BILLING

Free Tier

• Free tier users get 1 AI analysis per month
• Free tier is provided at our discretion and can be modified or discontinued

Paid Tiers (Pro, Whale)

• Billing is monthly, charged on the date you subscribe
• Renewal occurs automatically unless you cancel
• No refunds for partial months
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed by Stripe
• We securely store payment information (never stored on our servers, Stripe handles it)
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges

9. PRIVACY & DATA

• See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use your data
• By using this Service, you consent to our data practices
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• We may use anonymized trade data to improve our AI

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our IP

All content, code, prompts, and analysis are our intellectual property:

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
• You may not reverse-engineer or extract our AI models

Your Data

• You retain ownership of your uploaded trade data
• You grant us a license to use your data for analysis and service improvement
• You can request deletion of your data anytime (see Privacy Policy)

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party services:

• Anthropic Claude API: For AI analysis. See their Privacy Policy
• Stripe: For payment processing. See their Privacy Policy
• Moralis: For blockchain data. See their terms

We are not responsible for third-party services. Use at your own risk.

12. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in illegal activity
• Abuse or threaten other users
• Violate our usage policies

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service is revoked
• Your data may be deleted after 30 days
• You remain liable for fees accrued before termination

13. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• Change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Update these Terms at any time

Continued use after changes = acceptance of new terms.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from:

• Your use of this Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your trading decisions based on AI analysis
• Your breach of any applicable laws
