By accessing and using MyTradeLog (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. By using this Service, you acknowledge that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal authority to enter into these terms
• You understand trading and cryptocurrency carry significant financial risk
• You may lose your entire investment

2. Description of Service

MyTradeLog provides:

• AI-powered analysis
• Trade journaling
• Trading insights
• Portfolio analytics

What We Do NOT Provide:

• Financial advice
• Guaranteed profits
• Market predictions
• Tax or legal advice

3. User Account Responsibilities

Account Creation:

• Maintain confidentiality of your credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

Prohibited Uses:

• Illegal purposes
• Hacking or reverse-engineering
• Automated tools (bots, scrapers)
• Sharing account login credentials
• Impersonation
• Abusive behavior

4. Wallet Connection & Data Access

Read-Only Access: We can view transaction history but cannot move funds. You maintain full control of your private keys and assets.

You grant us permission to store and analyze your trade data. Anonymized data may be used to improve AI.

5. Limitations of Liability

No Liability For:

• Trading losses
• AI errors or hallucinations
• Data breaches
• Bugs or glitches
• Third-party services
• Action or inaction based on AI recommendations

Liability Cap: Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

• Crypto Trading Risk: Cryptocurrency is highly volatile and carries extreme risk
• Loss of Capital: You may lose your entire investment
• AI Limitations: AI analysis can be incorrect or incomplete
• No Guarantees: No AI tool guarantees profitability

8. Payment & Billing

Free Tier:

1 AI analysis per month, provided at our discretion.

Paid Tiers (Pro, Premium):

• Monthly billing, auto-renewal
• No refunds for partial months
• Cancel anytime

Payment Processing: Handled by Stripe. Card details are never stored on our servers.

9. Privacy & Data

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and usage. We do not sell personal data.

10. Intellectual Property

Our IP:

All content, code, prompts, and analysis are our intellectual property.

Your Data:

• You retain ownership of your uploaded trade data
• You grant us a license for analysis and service improvement
• You can request deletion anytime

11. Third-Party Services

We use Anthropic Claude API, Stripe, and Moralis. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

12. Termination

We may terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Data may be deleted after 30 days following termination.

13. Modifications to Service

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide 30 days notice for pricing changes.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from your use of the Service, violations of these Terms, your trading decisions, or breach of applicable laws.
